This page explains what this website collects and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What this site doesn't do

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the site doesn't load scripts or fonts from other companies.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. They're stored in Coalpress's own systems, aren't sold, and aren't used for marketing lists.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes standard request information, such as your IP address, to deliver it and protect it from abuse. To limit spam on the contact form we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself.

Client portal

Access to the client portal is by invitation. Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access, which sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
